The location is amazing - just a few minutes walk from a major transportation hub. There are great dining options nearby and a convenient bar for morning coffee. The room was spotless, with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The host, Paolo, was friendly and helpful, providing detailed instructions on getting around the city. The free wi-fi was excellent and the hotel even offered a VIP check-in/check-out service. a fantastic stay made even better by the generous hospitality.

Very clean. Excellent room. Not cramped at all. Great location 1 block from Roma Terme. Excellent bar downstairs to grab beer, wine or cafe.
Elevator barely fits 1 person. On the plus side climbing the stairs kept me from gaining too much weight with all the great restaurants nearby.

The room quite clean
I think this "Hotel Bed in Roma" is not qualified to be called a hotel. This should be qualified as room for rent. The reception is not always there make us wasting our time to wait for him to come and feels very uncomfortable as this is our first visit to Rome. Internet is not working in the room. The shared elevator with other tenant is to cramped to carry our luggage. No garbage bin in the room, even no soap. Our holiday became a mess because we feel not secure to leave our luggage after checkout, because the receptionist is not always there...

Amazing location near Termini Train Station. The hotel is like a hidden gem, nestled among the famous attractions of Rome. The receptionist, Paolo, was extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Cash-only payment.

Paolo the owner was extremely helpful. Example of this, as the hotel does not operate a 24hr reception, not only does he supply guests with all security keys, he gives you his mobile and home telephone number, in case of any problems. Although the hotel is advertised as having rooms for smokers, it does not. However Paolo was very accomadating in facilitating us smokers, as he was unaware the hotel is advertised as accomadating smokers and did not want to spoil our experince of Rome. A proper gentleman. The location is in a superb spot, near to Termini and the bus station, just two minutes away. The number 64 bus will take one to most of the sites, vatican, St peters, trevi fountain, etc. The coluseium is about a 20 minute walk away, with no detours just one road. There are excellent bars and restaurants locally catering for all taste and budget. The food and drink in the adjacent paizzaria, is excellently priced, and the food is superb. The price belies the excellent hotel, staff and location, I cannot recomend it highly enough. Full marks.
Having to leave it, and ROME

Very Spacious rooms and best surprize for us is to have elevators for 4th floor which in many European hotels at city centers may not have. Reception is good, I would recommend stay in this hotel.
Breakfast could help.

I liked the good location of the hotel near Termini Station. Lots of dining places nearby and easy to walk to a metro which takes easily to Colosseo and other places. The room was clean but small. Staff was helpful all the way.
Really small elevator was bit of a problem.

There are many bars(coffee and breakfast), stores and restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful with advice for nearby restaurants - we went to these and they were very good.
